Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds
If we are unable to deliver your rental items or if there is a major issue with product quality, you’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel or change your booking up to 48 hours before the start of your rental period. After this point, the full rental fee will be charged.
If your travel plans change, please contact us as early as possible — we’ll do our best to adjust your booking to new dates or times.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is missing, damaged, or defective. We’ll review the situation quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges
Need a different size? The exchange is free at our store in Rovaniemi.

Refund Process
In case of a refund, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may need additional time to complete the transaction.
